IMAX today commented that second quarter 2012 IMAX DMR gross box office through May 13, 2012, was approximately $96.5 million ($40.8 million domestic and $55.7 million international), compared to IMAX DMR gross box office of approximately $32.6 million ($21.5 million domestic and $11.1 million international) for the same period last year.

For the year-to-date period, IMAX DMR gross box office through May 13, 2012, was approximately $218.2 million ($105.1 million domestic and $113.1 million international), compared to IMAX DMR gross box office of $94.8 million ($53.7 million domestic and $41.1 million international) for the same period last year.
