The Dark Knight Rises Grosses Estimated $52 Million in IMAX Worldwide in 10 Days

For the weekend ended July 29th, The Dark Knight Rises: The IMAX Experience generated approximately $9.0 million domestically. Overall the Warner Bros. title generated approximately $64.1 million domestically over the same period. Internationally, the film grossed approximately $6.2 million in IMAX, for a total weekend gross of approximately $15.2 million. Japan and Russia posted strong opening weekend results, and the UK and other territories continue to deliver healthy grosses.

Worldwide the film has grossed an estimated $52.2 million to date in IMAX.
